A Rim Seal Foam Pourer is a specialized fire protection device designed to discharge fully aspirated low-expansion foam directly into the annular rim seal area of open-top or internal floating roof liquid storage tanks. Because the gap between the floating roof and the tank shell is highly prone to catching fire, this system acts as a critical line of defense to suppress vapors and extinguish fires before they spread to the main tank.
